Permanently remove your account and all associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your MotoGuardian account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Open the MotoGuardian app
- Tap the user menu icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard
- Tap Manage Account
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What data is deleted
Data retention
Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked to you may be retained for service improvement purposes.
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All tracker associations and configurations
- Trip history and analytics data
- Alert history and notification preferences
- Geofence configurations
- All personal preferences and settings
